I think that's part of why I love Nodame so much--she'd be zany no matter what, and not just because a certain plotline requires her to be odd.
I certainly think that's part of her charm. She seems very genuine her strangeness. Also, sadly, I find it all too easy to relate to someone who's obsessive and messy. XD
