And I don't know if you notice this, but in the finale's last episode (avatar Aang), the animation was lacking than the first three finale episodes, but when it came to the smooches it suddenly become nicer.

Ohhh yeah. They definitely saved some of the animation budget for the kissing. Too bad no amount of pretty animation could make up for the supreme squick AH MY EYES ness of the Kataang make-out.

ALSO. I love the icon you're using! As much as I'm all over Zuko/Katara sexy tiems, I really think they'd make great friends. Really, there should be more friendship fic for those two! :)

now you're so rite. it's so hilarious, now that i'm overall over my butthurt.
aang and katara kissed (dream and reality) like whut? 3/4 times. that's horrible storytelling. if bryke's main point of the last seconds of the finale was to seal the deal with the Kataang kiss-- why did they totally sheet all over the concept of "suspense?"

it was so boring besides being totally disgusting lulz IMO.
if they had saved those two kissing till the very end-- the suspense could've been there.. but all i saw was bryke being over happy in the pants Kataangers who were flaunting the endgame pairings by using the last 10 seconds with that hella scarring pedo- kiss.

LOL and you're rite again.
i did notice yus-- among my screams of pain and the internal turmoil of me questioning if i were a pedophile or not (srsly, that kiss made me feel like i was watching the beginning of pedo!porn D:)

it's like the Zutara was winning the audience's appeal all througout the series, playing fairly through and through. and then there's Kataang that has those cheap shots with the blatant Aang all in love with his "forever girl" ... but nobody cared really-- Zutara just kept on living.

and then suddenly bryke panicked in the last second-- and seal'd the deal with Kataang-- out of their butts. they claim that it could've worked because it was DRAWN there.

when did art ever overshadow story? uh whut?

oh and bryke? if you go "WAHH WAHH WE'RE THE CREATORS WE GET TO HAVE KATAANG WAAAH WAAAH THEY WERE KISSING! IT'S DRAWN THERE WAAHHH WAHHH!"

look again.

01~04 - pfff it's like them liking dominitrix's. they like the pleasure/pain Zutara brings them-- but they'll never admit it outloud. heck, i bet as we speak they're re-re-re-re-re-re-watching TSR in their Zutara jammies. XD

10~12 - totally! i mean, how the heck does that girl keep her head on her shoulders without expressing anger? if i traveled with AANG and had to baby the kid that was so overly crushing on me and threatening the world while so, i would make myself a sound-proof igloo each day just to PMS. gawd. WORDDDD. i love how Zuko can take her badass side and flow with it-- hell even promote it. Ahh the lovelies AND FRIGGIN KICKASS AND HOTNESS of Zutara... *wistful sigh*

15 - HAHAHAH. XDD troofax! same goes for Katara, if i caught Zuko bathing himself in the water i bent i'd be all over that piece of ex-princeness-- making him call me peasant all over again. 19~21 - LOL or Momo since Appa ships Zutara and was Zuko and Katara's sky lovenest ride voluntarily. XD and word, same here. the epicness of Fandomme's Stormbenders made my dream come troo, with all the hint-hints and dialogue of the Gaang-- Zuko and Katara as the gaang's parental figures was real. and ya know they so are. Zuko left homework for Aang when he went to save Katara's dad (since Aang couldn't do that himself pffff some son-in-law) and Katara changes his diaper, cooks for him, kisses his booboos, chases him down to clean his room, picks out his clothes was Sapphire Fire. PARENTAL FIGURES YESPLZ. 8D

27~30 - LOL NOWAI U LIE. i completely thot you knew and it was intentional. XDDDD wow awesome. involuntary Zutara is just as good-- it's like almost sex is as sexy as the actual sex. Even Zuko looks better with Katara than Mai, and Zuko is pretty much my Avatar eye-candy. I think he's badly animated in The Beach. But in TSR? And Sozin's Comet? Take me now, I'm all yours bb.

word. both Katara and Zuko are two of the hottest characters in that show (heck, helloooo most-used fandom bicycles).
and i agree-- i bet the animators were so excited for TSR cause it actually had significance to the characters. the beach was just about ... uh... boredom whut? or how much Mai hates Zuko trying to be a good boiphren? oh! zuko finally saying "I'M ANGRY WITH MYSELF" and the icing on the cake, "you're so friggin boring to hell i wanna kill myself sometimes when i converse with you, mai unemotional, Mai." Oh yeah totes. if my boyfriend decided to start throwing other guys to the walls and smashing things like a little batch-- i would definately kick his ass-- but how she was during the day time-- meh. Zuko could definitely do better. and Mai's totally a lesbian cause she was all, "pfft whatever." the WHOLE time.. i mean c'mon, like you said-- adorkable hot-like-friggin-burning Zuko doing things like that i would be teasing him but putty and blushy -- all that giggly bs.
