Okay, so. I've been trying to write the descriptions for each band member (it is unclear why I am doing this at all but I frequently feel the need for a love outlet and I guess this is my current one for Arashi). I put Matsujun first, because he's got like twelve billion layers, at least how I see him. And I just wrote the most terrible description of Matsujun. SO. You are free to skip that part, because right afterward I'm putting a couple comments by other people in Arashi, so those are more CANON and shouldn't disrupt YOUR mind-Matsujun! (It is also possible I will end up deleting the entire sorry thing, I mean my own attempted description of him. SIGH.) I will not be offended if you don't read my own comments on Matsujun. (Whom I adore, to be clear.) Aiba is going to be SO MUCH EASIER. That is why I put Aiba last! : )
Yes, it's the JE corporation that is super creepy. I get creeped out by the "Juniors", who are the undebuted members, and they're all like twelve and back-up dance in concerts and such and are being GROOMED to be idols AS WE SPEAK. AAAAAHHHHHHHH.
I'd be interested to know what your nominations are, even if you don't actually make them! I also want to make people watch shows I love, but for the most part I have so many shows that I haven't seen and want to, that I'm not really up for much rewatching. (In person pimping to a friend, though, I'm totally up for that. "Hey, you should come over! LOOK, COFFEE PRINCE, HOW ABOUT THAT.")
I have other things to say about things in your comment, but mostly you can extrapolate them from what you already know from my OTHER comments, and I am tired and a little punchy. (I always say that, but by god, it's usually true. I think this is why I have trouble answering comments a lot of the time, because I usually put it off until right before bed and then I'm sleepy and say stupid shit.) Oh, I did also really enjoy Mei-chan! I had some reservations, but I found it to be crack-y fun. I just wish I had known how other people felt about it before posting those things so I could have at least tried to be more tactful. It's always weird when I realize how DIFFERENT people's feelings can be about the same thing. We're not always watching the same show!
