I meant debating which is more CRITICAL, the person who says "do it!!" or the person who does it. (As the person who did it, I have to say that it would not have happened without the instigator so they are IMPORTANT. :DD) But my head is also ripe for germination (...I'm starting to regret my choice of metaphor) so if you get any more good ideas in the future, I could be up for stealing them. :D
